How to participate

  1. Confirm your eligibility with your prescriber during a telehealth consult.
  2. Choose a participating trial pharmacy from the list above.
  3. Complete the Day 1 baseline questionnaire once enrolment opens.
  4. Return for Day 45 and Day 90 checkpoints to complete your record.
