How it works

Four simple steps from booking to your medicine.

Step 1: Pay & register
Book online and pay your consultation fee. Register as a new patient in the same secure flow.
Step 2: Complete your form
Fill in your intake form — your condition, medicines tried, and consent — before your appointment.
Step 3: Speak with a prescriber
A doctor or nurse practitioner calls on your appointment day (QLD time). Any eScripts are sent to your mobile.
Step 4: Visit a pharmacy
Take your eScript to any Acacia Alliance pharmacy to collect your medicine, or arrange shipping.
