Health Care Card
Current Centrelink Health Care Card holders.
Pensioner Concession
Age Pension, Disability Support Pension or Carer Payment recipients.
DVA Card
Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold or White Card holders.
Financial hardship
Demonstrated financial hardship assessed case-by-case.
