How do I book?
Book online and pay at the time of booking. You complete your intake and consent in the same flow.
What does a consult cost?
New consultation $129, review $79. Fees are shown before you pay.
What is medicinal cannabis?
Medicinal cannabis is a prescription-only medicine. Most products are Schedule 8 (controlled) under the TGA and require a valid prescription from an authorized prescriber. Information here is general only.
How do eScripts work?
After your consultation, any prescriptions are sent as an eScript to your mobile phone. You can take that eScript to any Acacia Alliance pharmacy to have it dispensed.
How often do I need reviews?
Review consultations are generally needed every 2 to 6 months depending on your condition and your prescriber’s advice.
Can I transfer from another clinic?
Yes. If you are already an established patient elsewhere, you can transfer your care to Acacia with a $79 transfer consultation.
What is the Acacia Alliance Pharmacy network?
The Acacia Alliance is our network of 400+ partner pharmacies across Australia. Alliance pharmacies dispense your eScripts and offer competitive pricing.
Do I need a My Health Record?
No. My Health Record enrolment is optional and never required to receive care.
How is my information protected?
We hold your information securely and only share scripts with your chosen pharmacy with your separate consent.
